You cannot work for 9 hours, write for 2 hours, podcast for 1 hour, socialize for 2 hours, drive, eat, move about for 3 hours, walk for an hour, meditate for an hour, read for an hour, watch TV for an hour, listen to podcasts for an hour, and sleep for 8 hours Because that's 30 hours, and there are only 24 in a day cycle. we can want to do it all, but we cannot. we must choose.
