"Are you christian?" "Are you religious?" I am buddhist I am christian I am hindu I am a little bit of everything Ultimately - I am me (whatever "me" means - separate topic) What I am not is in the conventional christian box, AKA the church. I am not contained by that box. There is nothing inside those 4 walls that I cannot get outside of them in the congregation that is the world. I am with God every day every moment and he is with me Because added 6 weeks laterGod is everyone and everythingGod is in everyone and everything The christian says: → "Praise the Lord" as a generic refrain and answer to everything. → "Do you believe Jesus christ was born again?" to test your "faith" → "All glory to God" but to say "God is everything & everyone, even this tree, & me, & you" is somehow "woo woo spiritual" Because it falls outside of their tiny box. (A box which is a good place to start, by the way, and is where I started) My answer to "do you believe Jesus christ was born again?" is: Do you believe God is everything? Don't you see God is that tree? God is her? God is him over there? That God is defnitely you and me? You say "All glory to God" and yet are not prepared to give God credit for everyone & everything? Don't you see It? You ask me when is the last time I went to church or spent time in "the word" as if that's the only place I can find God. Like your sect has a monopoly on God. Like I have to go through your road to get there. As if the church is the gatekeeper to God. (It's a gateway, by the way, not a gatekeeper - I think that's gotten a little twisted unfortunately) Just like the Roman Catholic churches in medieval times where you couldn't talk to God; you had to go through a priest to get a word to God. Don't you see? That your way is not the only way? That God is you, Me, Everything and Every One? That God is every tree? every drop of water? every rock? every man and every woman? Don't you see - that God is within you? That God Is you? And so my call to you is: Sit with that Sit or lay in the grass oriented towards the sun or the water Close your eyes Listen And rest in your own divine Goodness Sit. Breathe That in And enjoy It All Don't you see It? As you are It? And as It Is you?

The mountains you climb The steps you walk The feelings you feel The words you speak The expression you share The Love you Are Is God And how could it be anything but?

The inner alchemy Where the sensations you experience Become the expression you share Where the noise Becomes music Where the trillions of stimuli you receive in every moment Gets filtered into signal By the brilliance of your focus This is the instrument of consciousness: You Yes - It's you (commentary: the instrument, singing, noise to music, striking chords, harmony - life is melodic)

Thank you Life Thank you God for touching me (I stuck my hand out & a butterfly touched me)

(Don't you see) That every fiber of your Being Is It?

Life will put you on the path And put those you are karmically scheduled to connect with, on an intersecting, aligning path. Sat down for lunch Then realized, Hmm, my flight was 2 hours ago. I go to re-book it. I fill in all the info. Get to payment. And it goes blank. Go try again. Price is $20 higher than it was 5 minutes ago. Lunch comes. I squeeze a lemon that was sitting in oil. Splashes all over my nice T shirt. Some people are good for your qi. Some aren't Just like some clothes make you feel good And others don't.

own It. You Are It.

It Is That's It

You don't need to explain anything to anyone & often best not to

I got the music in me!

"Mutually arising" Wood → Fire → Earth → Metal → Water

"find what resonates with you" → what's resonant will find you → It will find you

It's Here It's Now It's Time we're so doing this

It's not just what you write; It's how you write it.

The Last Swordsman

The way of the Sword

God could bust you open at any time. You would do well to remember that. Your life is held together by countless things that could fail at any moment. And most of the time, they don't. sometimes

The way the light reflecting off the rippling water like a kaleidoscope dancing on my eyes

How is it that I could just reach out close my fist & end the life of a gnat - a creation of God - just end it as if just for fun & because I could

what if you were one of the world's greatest composers just waiting to be discovered

wake up call 2:38 AM A gentle reminder that your time could come at any moment & you could never see it coming & probably never even know It happened Stay humble Everything you "have" is on loan

Wisdom is deep & quiet like a fjord.

Thank you Thank you Thank you

I see me It's ok

if you don't feel seen by others, at least you see you. Don't reject yourself for feeling rejected. Double rejection. Cruel to you. Sit with yourself. It's ok. I'm here.

A Million movements Rippling about Everything everywhere All part of the calculation

Never reject yourself

Never reject yourself compassion & curiosity Curiosity, with compassion? why do you doubt yourself?

This is for my growth. But why is it always about me?

Love Trust Love Trust Love Trust Love Trust Love Trust Love trust Love trust Love trust Love trust Love Trust Love Trust

It's ok To feel this way You don't need to figure it all out right now

Out of bounds yet on the path

How nice it Is The deafening forest The ringing of your ears

It dawned on me yesterday that I leave next week. Integration time.

Pain is often just a story you're telling yourself.

I know nothing Love Trust Love Trust Love Trust

Deer running into the field

I am not special I am not not special I suppose I just am. I'm not really sure and don't need to be. Just writing.

2.36 miles at 8:16 pace to swim

Determined. I have wellsprings of energy & health within me. I will fly my flag & take to sea.

After climbing a mountain, one must come down. And I'll take this bottle down with me even though I did not bring it up.

Rent is due.

How hard it is to take myself somewhere new. The pull of the known place is almost magnetic. Even when I am at the counter of a new place, I think of turning around to go to the known place. of course there is something to knowing what you like, finding the best places, & then of course it's hard to do anything but the best. But for the sake of new experiences, vary it occasionally.

Don't Commit = get nothing Commit = Your only shot at getting what you want

Keep it simple

Instagram is noise other peoples' lives is noise

Are you going to do this? Are you going to do that? Are you going to find a partner? Are you going to meet your grandchildren? watch them grow up? Are you going to be rich & successful? Does it matter whether or not you know exactly how & when all these things are going to happen? ↳ have you decided that they are going to happen? ↳ Are you doing your best? ↳ And are you enjoying yourself now? These are the questions that matter. The rest are noise.

I wonder if I would look good with a shaved head.

It's ok to feel alone. Just know you are not alone.

You can't do everything, but you can & need to Commit to something.

I'm doing it

God is so obviously protecting me.

A small measure of peace

Good morning. Second to last full day. And I'm not in a big hurry to fit it all in. I am at peace with my experience. May just coffee shop it.

Look, if you're not having fun, I'm not going to tell you it's your fault - Life can be hard - But it's definitely your choice to make it different. It's up to you & only you. No one will change it for you.

It is interesting the divide of the generations economically & how that manifests in differences of selecting places to eat. Skålen is just the coolest place to eat, with the hottest young people, the best values, & the best food (poke bowls) Contrast that with the Italian restaurant across the street. All boomers, living large taking a swig of wine, overpriced dishes that aren’t nearly as good or creative as Skålen. And it’s interesting how the restaurant’s effort is a reflection of its customers; kicking back, coasting on, banking on the old classics, much the way their customers are kicking back coasting on old money. Skålen & its customers, on the other hand; Scrappy, on their toes, efficient, & precise - because they have to be. Skålen is unique - even precise thrifty - because its customers have to be. Italian restaurant can coast, because its customers can. The result: Skålen, an absolute masterpiece of a vibe It’s tight here too. In sum, just the perfect side by side picture of the differences between generations, across the street from each other.

It's All drawing to a wonderful conclusion

I am The creator disguised as creation Don't you remember?

one should be ready to go

You don't got it all figured out. You still need God at every turn at every step of the way. Remember that.

Life is good.

Do you know what would happen without God? I will tell you. Jump in a lake. Swim out. Then hold your breath, & stop moving. You will sink & you will perish. without air without the life force - energy - moving through you You will sink & you will perish.

He who has denounced God has already perished.

You are both powerful beyond measure & nothing without God.

on sharing: I just find Life to be unfathomably beautiful & cannot help but to share about It as natural as a tree sprouting out of the earth as an expression of Life & full well knowing you already know too because you Are It Maybe to those who forgot - who fell asleep - I share to help them remember. So that they may find their fullest expression.

Nothing Nobody No religious establishment is the purveyor of truth : You Are

I don't know Then again I'm Here Now I will inevitably return here even after I leave tomorrow It's only a temporary parting For I came from the world & will one day return there I came from here I am here I will always be here in some form or other matter neither created nor destroyed.

AI uses a lot of water. So do humans. "AI wastes water" is far from the full story. we should be measuring things such as "scientific / medical / etc discoveries per gallon". Then compare that to humans. I’m not claiming I know anything, nor drawing any conclusion. I’m just interested in seeing how this actually plays out.
