It all comes down to your "rules." Your rules are beliefs about what has to happen in order for you to feel good. In reality, nothing has to happen for you to feel good. You can feel good simply because you are alive!
However, most people have created numerous ways to feel bad and only a few ways to feel good.
You could be winning and feel like you are losing because the scoreboard and rules you are using are unfair!
Set up the game so that you can win easily. If you don't want to see yourself winning, then I can't help you.
