1. Meditate
Taking just a couple of minutes each day to sit back, relax and meditate is a great way refresh the mind. It's an opportunity to let go of all obligations and stressors. In fact, meditation is thought to have highly beneficial effects on the mind and body.¹
2. Read
There's nothing quite like the feeling of getting lost in a good book! Daily reading is another great way to refresh the mind, and you might even learn something new!
3. Sleep
Sleeping in accordance with your circadian rhythm (10pm to 6am) is naturally refreshing. Try it, you'll like it!
4. Drink Water
Drinking water is one of the most detoxifying things we can do for our body. It can literally flush out the toxins in our bodies. Think about a dirty sink with food particles all over it. When you turn on the water, all of those food particles go down the drain, and you're left with a clean sink. In a way, this is what happens when you drink water!
