  • Take control of the time frame you're focusing on.
  • ★ If stressed, become more resourceful by focusing on the successful completion of the tasks.
Shift focus to present or future, not past failures
  • consciously choose how you measure time. Distort time so that a minute feels like an hour, or an hour like a min.
  • killing time is not murder; it's suicide.
  • ★ Focus on what's important, rather than what's urgent.
  • Save yourself years; the most powerful way to compress time is to learn through other people's experiences.
