★ You Possess a lamp that is not limited to 3 wishes.
- Giant goals Produce giant motivation.
- don't make a living, design a life.
- goals represent Potential
- Find a goal big enough to inspire You.
- Setting goals is the First step in turning the invisible into the visible. It's the foundation for success.
★ - All goal setting must be immediately Followed by both the development of a Plan and massive & consistent action toward it's fulfillment.
It's hard to see how far you've come sometimes. For each of these categories, give Yourself a score (0 to 10). 0 meaning You had nothing in this area, and 10 meaning you were absolutely living your life's desire in this category. Then write a sentence to describe.

Exercise: Rate your life in ten areas as it was five years ago, as it is today, and as you want it to be five years from now, adding a sentence about each score.- eustress is good stress. Be a master of stress.
★ - It's not Just getting a goal that matters, but the quality of life you experience along the way.
- direction your heading is more important than results.
- We must trust that our disappointments may truly be opportunities in disguise.
- Persistence overshadows talent

- condition nervous system in advance to feel the Pleasure of meeting your goals. rehearse & emotionally enjoy the experience of achieving each goal. This develops certainty
- it's not about achieving goals, it's who we become as You overcome obstacles, that gives You the long-lasting Sense of fulfillment.
- "What kind of Person will I have to become in order to achieve all that I want?"
★ - Must immediately begin creating momentum.
- never leave the site of setting a goal w/o taking some form of Positive action toward it's attainment.
- evaluate steps You must take.
★ - don't outrun your dream. As Soon as you are about to achieve a goal, design the next set of goals.
- contribution may be the ultimate goal.
- remember CANI (constant and never-ending improvement)
