Fake Diversity and Inclusion | Dannique Blake

Many corporations, in the name of diversity and inclusion, have race- and gender-based quotas to meet when hiring.

Universities adhere to similar quotas when deciding whether or not to admit students.

These practices do not come without unintended consequences.

Dannique Blake, the founder of Cultured Insights, challenges the mainstream diversity and inclusion narrative.

Today, she joins me to discuss on The Jordan Paris Show, brought to you by Trend Up Media.
