The Full Body Fusion stage takes place in month 2 of 3 and consists of full body strength training workouts along with burst training and extra core training. In this phase, the UNDER 30™ training program will train your muscles to work together to optimize your movement efficiency and overall athleticism.

In this phase, you take on a whole new identity: Super(set)man. This phase takes place in the final month and is the most intense muscle building, fat shredding, testosterone elevating phase of all. You will be performing 2 to 4 different strength exercises back to back to back to back in supersets throughout the workouts. Burst training is a key component here as well.
