Hey, it happens, we’re stressed sometimes, but we don’t know why. In fact, I’m writing this blog right now because I notice this is how I’m feeling at the moment.
Then we get stressed about feeling stressed, that is, we get shoot ourselves in the foot for shooting ourselves in the foot. Now we’ve shot ourselves twice when only one time was necessary.
Perhaps a better way to deal with these situations would be to accept the feeling, and trust that it is part of the process.
Then go a bit further: PAUSE. Take a few minutes to step back, out of the immediate environment, close your eyes, and dig deeper to gain clarity on what’s really bugging us. There’s almost always a reason, even if we don’t want to believe it.
