Writing a book about your principles and your truth is cool because you can always go back to it to hit the reset button when you get off track.

That’s what I’m doing right now–I’m re-reading my book for like the seventh time. It always makes me feel good and it gets me back on the track I was beginning to stray from.

After all, it’s the owner’s manual for my own brain, and I think everyone should construct an owner’s manual for their brain.
