I give to others a ton, and I’m learning that I shouldn’t be keeping score when I give to others. I used to keep a scorecard, but I’m committing to not using them anymore.

“I’ll give to you if you give back to me” isn’t giving. This is an exchange. This a transactional relationship, which, in time, becomes a toxic relationship.

Instead, give freely. Give without expectation of return, and this will result in healthy, rewarding relationships. Give freely to others, and others will give freely to you as well. If they don’t, it will at least return to you in your heart.
